  Welcome to Monkeys On Holiday! I carry vintage apparel and accessories to give your outfit that truly unique finishing touch.
  I knew as early as 6th grade that I wanted to be involved in fashion somehow, and I even came up with a store name! I knew way back then, that no matter what I did, the name for my business would be Monkeys on Holiday. I felt it was a unique name that would get people wondering about the kind of business I am and the types of things I sell. I graduated in 2009 with a B.F.A. in Fashion Design, with all intentions of becoming a lingerie designer, and then discovered that my passion truly lie in vintage and historical costume! I still have a soft spot for vintage peignoirs and nightgowns, and love that people used to dress so nicely just for bed!
  I opened my Etsy shop in Fall of 2009 and opened my Bonanza shop January of 2012. I have been spending my weekends scouring around for great vintage finds to share with you! I hate to see our history in fashion being lost and forgotten, and this is a great way to preserve it for years to come! I love bringing history back to collectors and enthusiasts who will treasure and love these great pieces as much as I do!
  I also love making corsets and historical costumes, as well as spending time with my family and working in my garden.
  As a military spouse I strongly believe in supporting our military men and women. $1 of every total purchase is donated to the USO!
