On April 26 we purchased two items from Rustic Ranch Tack. Great communication, prompt ship-we were well pleased. However there was a manufacturer’s defect with the lead rope. Rustic Ranch Tack replaced the lead rope without hesitation. The replaced lead rope also had a defect. Wend (Rustic Ranch Tack) believed us, contacted the manufacturer, removed the defective merchandise and fully refunded our purchase price plus return shipping. I would say without hesitation that Rustic Ranch Tack goes way above & beyond good customer satisfaction! Honest, dependable folks to deal with. Thank you so much!
