  PLEASE NOTE:regarting my 98.6% There was an item 'that was chipped" that I did not know about, sold to a buyer. She wrote me a negative..she is new to ebay. She received full refund, no questions asked and would not remove neg. review..I have sold many items with not one problem. That is why I am not at 100%. the ebay review system seems flawed in many ways.
