About me
My name is Judith and I am very proud of my grandchildren's sports and musical activities. Yes, I am one of those that cheers loud and clear! I also love music and in particular stringed instruments. Harmony is an ahhhhh thing with me.
My empoyment years have been in the medical field as was my husband's and presently our daughter's as well.I began painting approx. in 1987 at the request and encouragement of my dying friend. I loved her work and wanted to follow in her footsteps. Our friendship became very special and I was extremely saddened when she passed on. In my own way, painting became my way of remembering her. I have not stopped and my journey in art has taken many different roads. From mounted canvases, to canvas boards, original blank greeting cards, hand crafted cards, pastel on sandpaper, rocks, wooden plaques, leather and even on Bird Feathers.
It has been my Joy to spend lengthy hours in hand/brush (not air brushing) painting. Each piece has been painted with loving care and attention. With the Feather Paintings, my gratitude comes from the thought that once the feather had been "lost" but now is "found" and lives on...in the world of Selah-art.
Please note that many of my original (c) paintings have been copied and made into blank greeting cards by my personal self. These are not for any other personal usage in any form.
As times goes on, and I become more familiar with Bonanza, I expect to introduce other items (in addition to my art work) into my booth. Should you choose to make a purchase from me, I would be very pleased but know that my aim is to please you and, being an honest person, I will do all I can to achieve this goal.
