i purchased a very old book from her and some of pages were missing. i actually got into reading the book, when i discovered that there were pages gone. was disappointed, but not upset as people dont read alot of old books….fragile etc. anyway, she found a website where i could read the pages to the book that were missing. FREE. just think its very nice of her. she didnt have to go extra mile, but did. also offered me alternative book. another nice jesture. many thanks to you hot attic:) great person to do business with…
