Are your products organic and natural?
Our products are kept as natural as possible, while still containing actives that will produce results. We do tend to choose lab-produced vegan ingredients over animal-derived versions in almost all cases, but if you look at the ingredient lists for our products you will see the majority of them are made up almost entirely of organic, natural ingredients.
Are your products preservative free?
No, we preserve all of our products. It's simply not possible to provide "preservative free" formulas. We've played around with natural preservatives as well. Some work, some do not. A preservative not only has to prevent many different types of bad stuff from growing, but it has to keep the ingredients active and stable as well - and not destroy them along with the bad stuff.
Are your products vegan?
Most of them are, yes! We do use propolis and beeswax in a few products, and our Collagen Serum contains marine peptides, so these products would be the few that are not considered vegan. And as for animal testing, we do not do any. We only test on humans. ;)

When will I receive my order?
We ship daily, Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day, via USPS First Class mail. For buyers in the US, typically orders arrive within 2-3 days. Some locations may take an extra day or two. We do also offer expedited options as well.
International orders are also shipped via USPS First Class mail, and typically arrive within 5-7 days to most countries. Depending on location, some orders may take longer for delivery.
Do you accept Returns?
Yes! We accept returns within 30 days. Special orders, professional sizes and equipment exclusions apply. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Do you sell internationally, and how much does it cost?
We ship worldwide, with only a few location exceptions. To find your shipping cost, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart, then proceed to checkout. You will have the opportunity to see the shipping fees and select your shipping preferences prior to completing your purchase.
