  DETAILED ORDER & SHIPPING INFO
  Note: We will dispatch to your confirmed PayPal address in the event that we do not receive alternative delivery information at the time of purchase.

  SHIPPING: The shipping rates quoted on each of our products are for shipping anywhere, worldwide, by registered airmail.

  ORDER HANDLING: We will send you an e-mail acknowledging your order within 24 hours of purchasing an item, except public holidays and Sundays. In the unlikely event you do not receive an e-mail from us within 24 hours, please contact us. Please make sure that your e-mail address is correct and working, and make sure to check your spam filter and junk mail settings. We will send a second confirmation email once your item is dispatched.
  Dispatch: All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order except public holidays and Sundays.

  SHIPPING TIME: Most shipments will reach their destination within 7-10 working days, but extreme cases could take up to 30 days. The Thai Post Office quotes a delivery period for international destinations of 7-30 working days. If you don't receive your order within 7 days, please be patient - sometimes it can take 4 or more weeks for delivery.

  REGISTRATION: Registered airmail is handled differently in different countries, but is always dependable. For customers in the USA, the USPS handles Registered Air Mail as 'Certified Mail with Delivery Confirmation'. Deliveries will need to be signed for on delivery and the Registered Number will be entered into the USPS Track and Confirm System showing delivery or attempted delivery.

  RETURNS POLICY: We accept returns of new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery by registered airmail for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error made by us, such as wrong item, defective item or quantity error. If you return an item that is not the result of our error, then the original shipping cost of the item will be deducted from your refund.

  REFUND POLICY: In the unlikely event that an item is lost in the post, we will issue a refund after investigation of the loss by the post-office.

  DISCOUNTS: Delivery discounts are available for multiple orders. Please ask for a total shipping cost before you place an order.
