All Jewelry Items offered are new, unless specified in the listing. Gemstones are handset into Sterling or Gold settings after being tested on a refractometer to verify the identity of the stone.
For PARAIBA TOURMALINES ONLY - IN ORDER TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, send the lab report along with the gemstone being returned, and the receipt for that report. I'll refund your purchase, and reimburse you for the Lab Report (provided you send me the original.)
