    Born in 1949 in California. I do oil realistic landscape paintings of the Pacific Ocean beaches, California Sierria Nevadas, Nevada desert to the Rocky Mountains. Some of my favorite spots are Lake Tahoe, Mammoth Lakes the high desert, the Pacific Ocean beaches, the National Parks like Arches National Park, Yellowstone , Yosemite to name a few. I acquired an appreciation for nature long before I began to paint and have been selling fine art for 25 years. I had a gallery in Bishop, California for 10 yrs. My gallery is now by my home near Dyer, Nevada. I am a self-representing artist with a love for the great outdoors. I am self-taught with the help of mother nature. I have shown in numerous juried fine art shows.I acquired a love for nature long before I took brush to canvas. I live to hike and I love to paint. I am happiest outside somewhere, any where.
