  The Bonanza Order Resolution Center

  The Order Resolution Center is designed to help facilitate communication between buyer and seller, in an effort to amenably resolve situations where a buyer is not satisfied with their purchasing experience.

  Typical situations handled by the Resolution Hub include transactions where an item is significantly not as described (i.e., you ordered a hamster and you got a hamburger), or transactions where the item has not been received within two weeks' time.

  Buyer's remorse is not handled by the Resolution Hub. Although some sellers with more liberal return policies may allow items to be returned without reason, this determination is left up to the individual seller.
