  For years I have enjoyed going to Antique Stores, Flea Markets, Antique Shows, Estate Sales, and Garage Sales. Then in 1999, I found a different source for my collecting hobby….the Internet! Most of my acquisitions have been vintage merchandise and collectibles. I have utilized the Internet for gift shopping too.

  I did not start selling on the Internet (eBay) until 2003, when I cleared out the attic and decided it would be a great way to edit my treasures. The attic has long been cleared-out, but I am still going to Flea Markets, Estate Sales, etc. to stock my booth.

  Selling on eBay (ebay I.D. attic*angel) was a learning experience. This is not a comprehensive list of what I learned, and it is in no particular order:
  1. Communication is key.
  2. Always use protection (Delivery Confirmation).
  3. Accept credit cards via PayPal no matter how much the fees hurt.
  4. Get a digital camera.
  5. Keep good records.
  6. Stay organized.
