  I'm so glad REAL quilts are back!
  Quilts made with love and care--nothing else can compare!
  I've been quilting since I was knee-high to a grasshopper--brought up in it by daddy's family's deep south women-folk and my mother's pioneering 'survived the dust bowl' heartland family.

  You'll see a lot about me and mine in my listings. We're a service-oriented family includings EMT's, deputies, firefighters, teachers and preachers, farmers, and military personnel. My listings include items which honor these professions and also reflect our 'human side'--I'm crazy about roses, Clay's into 'trah-tors', and we're all huge OU fans--go Sooners! And of course, there are my grandkids! I'm up to eight now (blessed with three within a five week period!), so I'm always involved with lots of baby and kiddo themes in my listings.

  Now that I've hung up my chalk after teaching 30+ years, I'm looking forward to having more time to make more homemade goodies!
