I needed a question answered yesterday and JS was so wonderful in answering my question with not only an informative answer but was so friendly and wonderful in offering to help me. This guy is a class act. Thank you JS.

There have been a few times that I have emailed JS to ask a question for help on something. He has always been very nice about it every time and does not mind in giving plenty of knowledge to help solve a problem. I am glad to know there is someone like you here on Bonanza with us. Thank you Scott!!

He loves my word fanominal!!lol He helped me when I needed it the most and didn’t even know I did. He kept me from getting into trouble with google since I am pretty new at this I didn’t know I was doing something wrong and as a great guy he gave advice and let me know to change some things to keep myself out of trouble. Most people wouldn’t have bothered. HE DID!! I can’t thank him enough and wish there were more people like him.

Whenever I need help on a Bonz problem, I first do a search on the subject and if I find a reply by Scott, I know immediately that he will have a good answer. His replies have always been calm and thoughtful and right-on. The support at Bonanza is top-rate, but Scott is another source for good answers.

In all of the time I have known Scott, he has proven himself to be one of the most honest people I have ever met. He is kind and thoughtful. He is the kind of person that anyone would want as a friend. I am also a customer of Scott’s and dealing with him as a seller is beyond reproach. He is unbelievably fair and willing to help in any way that he is able. His approach to his business is different that any other I have encountered. He is truly interested in his customers. He will without question work with you as no other. He truly wants to help the hobbyist and is not in this to make a fortune.

I truly cannot say enough good things about Scott. If you ever have the opportunity to deal with him, you will be dealing with a very special person.

Endorsing Scot for taking the time to help others whether it’s in the forums or by setting up Freebies for Bonanzlers wherein he translates tech talk into layman’s terms. Sellers who establish themselves in their communities and who work hard to help their communities grow should always be the first market choice for buyers – these are the folk who are in for the long haul. If you have a question about a purchase six months down the road or want to make another purchase, you can find an established, good online merchant as easy as finding the store down the street. Oh My Gosh What I would have give to have had this information months ago. I really understand all of it but only by trial and error and lots of hard work and time spent redoing everything over and over again.
