Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Most items purchased before 2pm EST will be shipped same day using USPS First Class Mail (“2-3day”) and will be insured, requiring signature upon delivery. In the event that key employees are on a buying trip we will message you with a more accurate time frame and we reserve the right to take up to 4 business days to ship the item(s).

Miscellaneous details

For our protection we reserve the right to approve orders on a case by case basis and this may restrict sales to various countries. In the event of an international order; import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns will be accepted only in the event that the item has been significantly misrepresented. We have been in the jewelry business in excess of 40 years, and every reasonable effort is made for an accurate description of our items, including our photographs.

If you have any concerns with the item(s) for sale such as: grading accuracy, authenticity, condition, color, absence of a hallmark, etc. please do not hesitate to contact us before your purchase. Any claims made against the accuracy of our description and or photographs will need to be verified with a written statement from a certified gemologist or graduate gemologist. Getting a claim certified by a gemologist is the responsibility of the buyer, and will be reimbursed by ATLFamilyJewelers (AFJ) only in the event of a legitimate discrepancy. In the event of a potential, legitimate discrepancy AFJ retains the right to contact that gemologist for verification and if deemed necessary by AFJ we may request a second opinion from a graduate gemologist of our choosing. All costs are the responsibility of the one making the return claim, and costs of shipping and appraisal(s) will be reimbursed in the event of an accepted return.
