Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

I WANT TO HUMBLY THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN OUR BOOTH.

We have just launched a line of Custom Personalized Birthday Banners (& More) on Bonanza and a few other locations. Thanks to the overwhelming response to our banners (I am so grateful to all our customers) and because of the time involved in creating a personalized made-to-order banner, order turnaround for your “time sensitive” banner with regular shipping will be approximately 12-14 days considering our current workload and shipping transit, in order to be able to supply every customer with their order in a timely fashion.

Please place your order as soon as possible. Once you receive & approve of your banner “proof”, your banner will be created and promptly shipped. This process happens pretty quickly as you can read in our feedback.

Kindly email me about any listing you no longer see so I can give you a time frame for your order to be taken, created, and shipped. Thanks!

Shipping policy

ORDER TURNAROUND TIMES:

Please allow a minimum of 14-15 days (between 10 & 12) to receive your order (unless RUSH shipping is requested/selected by purchasing our RUSH shipping listing. But please, still email us first with your deadline so we can be sure we are able to meet it. This is when ordering a Banner. [ 24-72 hours for an emailed printable file ]

We promise it will be worth the wait. For banners, please email your “need it by” date and all personalized info right away so we can quickly email your banner preview, sometimes in as little time as a few hours.

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

Since most of the items offered are custom/personalized creations, a refund can only be offered if there has been a mistake made on our end concerning the accurate creation of your order. (name spelling/age etc.) In all cases, we copy and paste your emailed/provided text and utilize a “preview” that must be approved before we print and ship your order. Thanks for stopping by.
