Refunds
We make every effort possible to ensure your items will be produced at their best quality. We offer a money-back guarantee or Replacements on products that do not meet our quality standard.

We will offer a credit to your account, or a replacement item free of charge, if one or more of the following occurs:

Incorrect Size or Style: If the garment printed on does not match that the size and style that the customer chose on the order. We will not be required to give a refund or accept returns if a customer decides after receiving their order that they chose the wrong size because again we are not at fault. We are just fulfilling the order the customer made to us.

Printing Error: If the finished product is misaligned by more than one-inch (1.0") off center from the provided measurements

Incorrect Printing: The finished product artwork differs greatly from the actual artwork. Note that if customer orders t shirts that are the same color with the artwork it is not covered in this refund policy because the customer willingly chose to select that particular color having seen the original design color so in this instance we can only fulfill the order in front of us so we cannot be Liable for the customer’s choice so please take Note

Missing or Damaged Garments: If your item was not delivered in a timely manner, or the garment was ripped, torn, or damaged.

WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME THAT DOESN’T COMPLY WITH OUR RETURNS POLICY.

When contacting us for a return please attach a picture of the t-shirt and the design. This will enable us to process your refund and assist you quicker. Thank you for your business and your kind cooperation.

Cancellations
Because of the speed orders are processed, we do not allow cancellations of orders once they have been printed. Orders may be cancelled prior to being printed.

Returns Without Cause
Due to the customized nature of our products, items cannot be returned that were correctly printed and delivered to the customer.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOMERS WILL ONLY RECEIVE REFUNDS GUIDED BY THIS POLICY AND THAT REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE PROCESSED IF A COMPLAINT IS MADE WITHIN THE FIRST TWO (2) WEEKS AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. ALSO OUR POLICIES ARE LIKE THIS BECAUSE WE PAY A THIRD PARTY TO FULFILL OUT ORDERS AND ANY RETURNS THAT ARE NOT GUIDED BY THESE POLICIES WILL BE AT AN EXTRA EXPENSE TO US.
