Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Our store operates Monday through Friday 9am – 5:30pm PST. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and all major holidays. If any purchases or inquires fall on these days of closure, the situation will be handled the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Additionally, we are not responsible for any delay due to customs holding on to your package. Shipments normally take approximately 7-15 business days via USPS Priority Mail (in some cases may take longer) to arrive. Express Mail will take up to 5-10 business days to arrive. We ship via Priority International Flat Mail which DOES NOT providing tracking and please do not ask for a tracking number. If you prefer service with a tracking number, we do offer Regular Priority Mail and Express International mail with tracking.

Return policy


1.) Buyer has forty-eight (48) hours to contact us after you have received your item for any issues. Please do not contact us after 48 hours as it will NOT be honored.

2.) Item MUST be returned (post marked) within three (3) days after contact about issue.

3.) Item MUST be in UNUSED (unworn) condition and with ALL tags still attached (shipped back in same condition as sent).

4.) Shipping BOTH WAYS will be the responsibility of the BUYER.

Miscellaneous details

All our items are 1st quality and purchased directly from the manufacturer so there is never any doubt on authenticity. We do not condone selling fakes…not only is it against the law, it is very unethical. Customer satisfaction is always a priority for us so please, if you have any issues with your item contact us right away!
