Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

• Most orders placed by noon PST will ship same day

• Shipping rates are a flat rate program based on weight

• Shipping carrier options include UPS Mail Innovations, FedEx Smart Post, FedEx Home or Ground, FedEx

• Orders ship to 48 U.S. contiguous states only (no Alaska, Hawaii, Military or Canada).

No PO Box orders allowed

Return Policy: 14 Days from delivery date.

We only ship to the verified address registered with Pay Pal and Amazon; if the item you purchase is returned to us as non- delivered by the postal carrier; there will be a non-negotiable 20% re-stocking charge plus shipping and handling.

Orders Not Received:

Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, we are not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address.

Each drop ship package and their contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely.

Items that have been opened or used will not qualify for a partial or full refund.

Our priority is your satisfaction; please communicate with us. We will do anything within reason to satisfy your request.

Please inspect your item immediately upon receipt.

Please read the description and review the photos carefully of the item you intent to buy before you commit yourself, this will save you the inconvenience of the return process or any charges that may incur.

If the item purchased arrives defective, or does not function properly or is completely different than the one described you will received a full refund.

20% restocking fee applies on all non-defective returns.

If shipping labels are placed on, or RA numbers written on the manufacturer’s boxes, the product will not be in resalable condition, and, in turn, will not be eligible for return.

All original packaging and materials, including all parts, accessories and instruction manuals from the manufacturer must be returned with the product or the item will not be eligible for return.
