All store items have been stored in a smoke-free environment. All product conditions are made clear on individual product pages.

Many pictures are provided so you can feel comfortable and confident about making your purchase. Please carefully review pictures; pictures are considered part of the product description. We will gladly supply more pictures upon request.

Shipping policy

If you do not see the shipping option you need, please contact me. We will try our best to create a custom invoice with your preferred shipping method or updated to ship to your location.
I would also prefer to combine shipments to SAVE YOU MORE MONEY! Please contact me if there are any issues combining shipments.

SHIPPING: Listed shipping charges are only valid when shipping within the contiguous United States. If Free Shipping is provided, the service and carrier chosen are at the Seller’s discretion. If looking to ship outside the contiguous United States, and a valid option is not available, please contact CoCo’s Collage. We will inform you of specific shipping costs per your location, and we’ll create a custom listing for you to purchase. Shipping charges will include carrier charges plus any necessary packaging materials and boxes. Expedited shipping will be additional costs and require a separate listing to be created.

If not available on listing, please contact CoCo’s Collage to Expedite Shipping or Ship Outside of the United States. We will respond ASAP! Thank you!

COMBINED SHIPPING: All purchases from CoCo’s Collage will be combined and shipped together, in the most cost-effective manner, when the purchase is completed in the same order. We will do our best to SAVE YOU MONEY! When purchasing multiple items, we will discount your shipping charges. Upon cost evaluation, if shipping costs exceed actual expenses by greater than $1, we will refund the complete total excess to you. We do not charge a handling fee. Shipping charges do include carrier fees, packaging and filling materials. If you choose to contact us before completing your purchase, we will create a custom invoice with combined reduced shipping charges specific to you and your choices. Shipping charges will include carrier charges plus any necessary packaging materials, boxes, envelopes, filler, and/or insurance if you desire. No additional handling charge is added.

*LATE PURCHASE ADD-ONS: If you have completed your purchase, but would like to add to your order, we will try our very best to combine shipments. However, this cannot be guaranteed. If you are considering an add-on to your order, please email us right away, even if it’s before you have finalized your decision. We will do our best to ship products together in the same package. However, if the packaging has already been sealed, we cannot guarantee same shipment if not completed in the same purchase order. Please note, additional weight or change in box size may increase carrier shipment charges, however it should be much less than a second shipment would cost. We want to help make the process easier on you in any way we can!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Buyer is responsible for any and all customs/fees/duties/taxes and any other additional shipping costs. If item(s) are returned due to customs/fees not paid, there will be an additional 25% restocking fee + any charges incurred to seller due to returned shipment. Sometimes the country or carrier charges a fee for a denied shipment. No shipping charges of any kind will be refunded.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure purchases are allowed as imports. Countries have various limitations on what they allow to be imported into their country. If you are ordering a shipment, please be sure that it will not be denied at customs. CoCo’s Collage does not falsify any custom documentation.

We cannot be responsible for any national or international shipping delays due to natural disasters, weather, political or labor issues, etc. We apologize if there are any issues due to the previously mentioned factors, we will process shipping as quickly as we are allowed.

Please contact CoCo’s Collage if you would like to purchase Package Insurance. We will bill any additional charges as necessary.

Return policy

I have tried my very best to supply photos of each product, with photographs of any flaws. Please always review all photos before completing your purchase. If the description page is lacking photos, please do not hesitate to request additional photos.

Very few items are final sale products, which will be clearly listed on the description page. Unless stated otherwise, the following policy applies:

We want you to LOVE every purchase from CoCo’s Collage! If you are unhappy with any of your purchases, you may return the item for any reason!
DOMESTIC RETURNS:
Returns must be received within 30 days. Must contact CoCo’s Collage prior to shipping back, or refund may be denied or not properly processed. Returned items must be in the same condition as delivered. There will be an 16% restocking fee on all returned items. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. No shipping charges will be credited or refunded. If delivered new, the product must remain new, unopened, seals and tags intact. There may not be any additional signs of use, wear or damage to the items. Products cannot show any signs of use post-delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHOPPING & RETURNS:
Unfortunately, CoCo’s Collage is only fluent in English, with a small understanding of Spanish and French. If you plan to make a purchase, please ensure that you have the means to communicate in English if it becomes necessary. Although we would love to ship to every location in the world, we realize communication plays a large role, and unfortunately, we are limited at this time.
We cannot be responsible for any international shipping delays due to natural disasters, weather, political or labor issues, etc. We apologize if there are any issues due to the previously mentioned factors, we will process shipping as quickly as we are allowed, but once we deliver your package to the shipping carrier it is out of our control.
All above domestic shipping policies apply. In addition to the above policies, Buyer is responsible for any and all customs/fees/duties/taxes and any other additional shipping costs. If the item(s) are returned due to customs/fees not paid, there will be an additional 25% Customs Restocking fee. If the country or shipment company charges additional fees for denied/returned shipment, these fees will be billed to the buyer. No shipping charges will be refunded. If the item is denied due to inability to import into the buyer’s country, there will be a 14% Customs Non-Delivery Fee reduction in refunded amount + any charges that the seller incurs. It is your responsibility to ensure items you are purchasing are allowed to be imported into your country. CoCo’s Collage will not falsify any Customs forms. No shipping charges will be refunded. You will be charged a Customs Restocking fee + a Customs Non-Delivery Fee, + any additional fees that the carrier or country charges. Please know the laws and rules for your country before placing your order. We would love to deliver to everyone! We are a very small company. It’s too hard for us to stay up to date on every rule and customs law for every country. Thank you for your help and assistance in this matter!

Misrepresented Items/Incorrect Item Delivered:
*Although this has NEVER happened, we use humans to manage and run every detail of our store. We know we are not perfect. If an item was misrepresented, or we mail the incorrect item to you, CoCo’s Collage will cover return shipping fees. Buyer must notify of the incorrect item within 7 days of delivery if there are any issues. Item must be return-mailed within 14 days of delivery if it was the fault of CoCo’s Collage. Must contact CoCo’s Collage prior to shipping back, CoCo’s Collage will do whatever it can to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
If this was to ever happen, CoCo’s Collage would be incredibly apologetic and try it’s best to make up for this mistake. We know how important it is for your items to arrive as expected and on time. Despite this scenario being our error, we still need the delivered items to be returned to us in the same condition as they were originally delivered to you. The resale value of the item may not be degraded by any means. We will take whatever measures necessary to provide you with the product you expected, or an agreed-upon remedy.
