Shipping policy

All shipping prices are for the lower 48 states
all Canadian orders will go international post to save you money at the border But you will have to pay taxes on your end. Please contact us for shipping prices for Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

At Colorcraft , your satisfaction is very important to us. We’re determined to provide you with all the information you’ll need to make a confident purchase and be satisfied with the product you receive. If the product you receive is missing parts or is defective, please notify us within 14 days and the parts will be replaced or exchanged.

If you are unhappy with the product you receive, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

We cannot provide refunds for damaged items that have been installed or misused. Returns must be in original condition -and must include packaging, warranty information, and instructions. Any returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the item and needs a Return Authorization Number from Colorcraft (which we will provide when your return is approved). We are always trying to solve our customers problems before and after the sale

Miscellaneous details

We are not open on weekends. I do try to check the email and answer questions when I can If you didn’t receive the invoice or an answer to your question or if you want your tracking number, please check your “bulk” folder. If you have email Spam filter, our email may and up in the “bulk folder” or can be burned by your server. Spam filters often malfunction. If you did not get the response, please, offer us an email address without the filter. All items covered by the insurance (if any item is lost in the mail or (UPS) or received damaged You (the buyer) will receive a replacement at no extra cost. We will need a physical address as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Thanks!
