Hello, and thank you for your interest! As a Top-Rated Plus Seller and a Power Seller on ebay for over three years running, we decided to expand into a booth here on Bonanza to identify and cater to even more happy customers. As on ebay, our Bonanza store is called “Walrus-Approved Cargo,” and we feature lots of items that are mainly for the home. Most are new, but we also include some real gems we’ve uncovered at estate sales. We hope you enjoy browsing our booth and look forward to answering any questions you may have!

Return policy

We certainly want your experience with us to be a most positive one. So please ask all the questions you want to prior to making the purchase—we will do our very best to ensure you have all information possible. That way, we can both minimize the need for a return of the item.

REFUNDS ARE ISSUED ONLY IF the item is returned in the condition in which it was received. For example, new items must be unused, tags must still be attached, all pieces associated with the item must be returned, and original box and its packing materials must be returned with the item.

BUYER PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING. After we verify through our pre-ship photographs that what we receive from you is what we actually sent, we will immediately refund via Paypal your item cost plus any initial shipping fee you paid. Return shipping is not reimbursed.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure you contact us within 30 days of receipt of an item that you wish to return it. You then have five (5) additional days to initiate shipment of the item and to send us a message that includes the tracking number.

LASTLY – Shipping labels are automatically generated using your address you have on file with either Bonanza or PayPal. Thus, we are not liable in any way for shipping to an incorrect address that was on file with either company. If the item is undeliverable and the carrier returns it to us, we will refund your purchase price and any shipping cost you paid MINUS our actual cost of shipping the item.
