Booth overview

At Engleberts we put a little more into our Sunglasses than others. Each pair is uniquely Handcrafted. All our Wood Sunglasses are Polarized, Lightweight and provide 100% UV Protection.

You will also find our Sunglasses to be made of Real Natural Wood, Eco-Friendly, Sustainable, Artisan Engraved and Stylish. Our lenses are Anti-Reflective Cat 3 Lenses (the highest rating you can have and still drive).

We use Stainless Steel Spring Hinges for durability and when it’s all said and done, you get a great value and a pair of sunglasses that are as unique as you are.

We’ll top each pair off with a Free Microfiber Pouch for portability, a Free Microfiber Cleaning Cloth to keep you looking dapper and Free Sunglass Straps so you don’t lose these national treasures. All the little details included in each purchase that separates both you and us from the others. We’ll even give you stickers to throw in some extra swag.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the world, ensuring you that we put our customers first.

Products are usually shipped out the same day if order is processed by 2 pm ET, Mon – Fri excluding holidays or in some circumstances within 48 hours of order receipt.

Valid for standard ground delivery only. Under normal circumstances there is a $40 minimum order for Free Shipping requirement which applies to the order total before taxes and shipping. Currently we are offering FREE SHIPPING ON EVERYTHING! Orders qualifying for Free Shipping will be identified with “FREE SHIPPING”. If you select a shipping method other than ground, shipping charges will apply.

Additional Shipping Information

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full ounce.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Calculating Your Shipping Cost

Expedited shipping is available, if you choose. Rates for this service will be calculated during checkout.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship the item as it becomes available. If there is a lengthy delay we will notify you and you will have the opportunity to cancel the sale.

Please read and understand all charges that may be incurred with regards to International Shipping. You may be charged import duties as well as VAT (Value Added Taxes) by your home country. We do not bear any Customs Duty or Tax.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift cards and some health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Items with obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Discounted/CloseOuts/Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted/closeouts/sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you or a coupon emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
