Shipping policy

Most items ship for free and because of this we will ship your item using the most economical option. Allow 7 to 10 business days for shipping. If you need it sooner please contact us. We can ship sooner you will have to pay the shipping costs.

Return policy

Partial refund available within 30 days

We do accept returns within 30 days of purchase. You must contact us for return authorization. Items must be unused, packaged as originally shipped and shipped via a method with tracking information. You must send us the tracking number. Otherwise we can’t verify that we have received the item. Refunds are processed after inspection of the item. We do not refund the shipping costs to ship the product to you. If your item shipped free that actual cost to originally ship the item to you will be deducted from the total purchase amount. You’ll receive a refund of the difference. Buyer pays to ship the item back for a refund.
Damages: If you received a damaged item please contact us immediately. If you can attach pictures of the outer carton (if damaged) as well as the broken item. We will work with you to replace the item or provide a full refund if the item is no longer available.
