Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

We specialize on fine Brazilian products. Everything from shoes to sexy undergarments, you can find in our booth.

Shipping policy

International customers are responsible to be familiar with and comply with all import laws of their receiving country. In the event that an order is placed, with an international BILL TO or SHIP TO address, Fashion Staple is not responsible and shall not be blamed for any actions performed by Customs or any government agency in the receiving country, including seizure or delay. If any or all ordered merchandise is seized or delayed from said order, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the proper government authorities to collect seized merchandise. Customer is responsible for any brokerage fees imposed by the shipping courier or receiving government agency.

Due to the hygienic nature of some of our products, lingerie, underwear, hosiery and shapewear is not returnable. We must adhere to Health Code Regulations which prohibit us from accepting returns of these opened clothing items. In addition, shapewear and second skin products may not be returned because once worn they shape to the customer’s body. For exchanges, items must remain unworn and factory seals/tags must be intact and not tampered with. Other returnable items must be unworn, in original packaging and returned within 30 days of receiving. We have the right to accept or refuse any returns as we see fit. The cost of shipping must be pre-paid by the customer. If an item is defective, please contact Fashion Staple so we may address the issue.

Fashion Staple can not accept COD deliveries. Please put merchandise in its original packaging and in a proper shipping package. Once we receive the merchandise at our warehouse it will be inspected by a specialist who will determine if your return is valid. An authorized return identification number must be obtained from Amazon prior to merchandise being received and accepted by the warehouse. This is necessary to properly refund/exchange monies or goods to your appropriate account.

We recommend return shipments have insurance and tracking numbers. Fashion Staple is not responsible for any loss or damage to merchandise during return shipping.

Refused/Undeliverable Packages
In the event an order’s package(s) is refused or undeliverable to the customer’s Ship To address, the normal return policy no longer applies to the order. A restocking fee of 25% is subject to be applied to the refused/undeliverable items. Return shipping costs will be charged to the customer, and the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We strongly suggest not to refuse a package, and follow our return procedures.
