We carry over 1000 items for most brands including Casio, Citizen, Swatch, Suunto, Alfa USA, and Timex. We also carry a wide variety of Leather Bands including Anti-Allergic, Suede, Padded, non-Padded, Stitched, non-Stitched, Pigskin, Buffalo Skin, Lizard Skin, Snake Skin, and many more. Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

US Shipping Carrier: USPS (United States Postal Service)

All orders shipped in the United States are FREE. That’s right! We offer free shipping on all of our items within the United States. We ship First Class Priority Mail (2-5 Business Days), unless Expedited shipping is purchased by the buyer. All of our packages are shipped with tracking. That means all items shipped will have its own tracking number, so you can track your package. This is also free with all purchases.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (EXCLUSIONS APPLY)

All international packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International / First Class Package Service. We also offer 2nd Day (USPS Priority Mail International) and Next Day (USPS Priority Mail Express International) shipping at an additional cost.

  • - All international shipping rates include Insurance (up to $100.00(US)) and Tracking
    – International Shipping Cost are Non-Refundable (please see our refund policy)

MILITARY AND ARMED SERVICES

We ship to all branches of our military, domestic and abroad. We offer discounted shipping rates for all who are serving in one of our 4 branches of the military.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

Returns and exchanges are available upon approval. All returns / exchanges must be made (**start the return process) within 30 days of receiving the item to qualify for a refund (please see our REFUNDS policy for more information). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund and will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us to obtain your return merchandise authorization number (RMA number). All returns received by Forevertime77 without an RMA number will be rejected at the time of delivery and returned to the buyer. All exchanges must be approved (please see our EXCHANGE policy for more information). Please contact us to obtain your return to exchange number (RTE number). All exchanges received by Forevertime77 without a RTE number will be rejected at the time of delivery and returned to the buyer.

To start a return and or exchange process, please contact us to obtain an RMA / RTE number. Once the RMA / RTE numbers have been processed we will email you with instruction on where and how to return your item

Refunds:

All returns must be completed within 14 days of receiving your item in order to receive a full refund (date marked as delivered through USPS tracking). Returns received after the 14 day refund period will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR RETURNING THE ITEM TO US. All returned items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (including all accessories and packing material). Returns received damaged and or used will be refused and returned back to the buyer. All returns must be sent back with all original packaging. Items received with torn original packaging and or damaged original packaging will be subjected to a restocking fee at our discretion. Returns must be approved for a full refund.

Full refunds will only be issued for the following reasons. All other returns will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee.

- The item is defective, and or the buyer is not satisfied with the quality of the item

- The item is not as described in our item description

- The item does not fit on the model number we have suggested the item would fit

Exchanges:

All exchanges must be completed within 14 days of receiving your item (date marked as delivered through USPS tracking). Exchanges received after the 14 day refund period will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR RETURNING THE ITEM TO US. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges on the exchanged item. All exchanged items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (including all accessories and original packaging). Exchanged items received damaged and or used will be refused and returned back to the buyer. All exchanges must be sent back with all original packaging. Items received with torn original packaging and or damaged original packaging will be subjected to a restocking fee at our discretion. The buyer is also responsible for any price difference in the items they are exchanging. All exchanges must be made for an item of higher or the same value. Exchanges for items of a lesser value are allowed upon approval.

Please note that the item must be returned in the same new condition the items were received, with all original packaging. Items received damaged, scratched, used, and without the original packaging (this includes the original packaging returned torn and or damaged), will be subjected to a 20% – 50% restocking fee*

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again (credit card, PayPal).

Then contact your credit card company / PayPal, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
