Shipping policy

Gentle Meow normally ships items within 3-4 business days from the day that receiving the orders.
A USPS tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the item is shipped.

International shipping For light weight item, if you choose USPS first class to ship internationally,
transit time may vary from 7~20 business days. In most case, no Custom duty is collected.
However, if there is any, buyer is responsible for Custom duty. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery, not during checkout.

Return policy

Please read the following return policy carefully before you unpack the product(s).

Due to health regulation, product must be returned in unused condition. Gentle Meow will NOT accept any washed or damaged returned products. All return items must be in resalable condition including original packaging, ribbon, and cardboard. There will be a 10% charge of your product price for re-stocking if any accessory is missing.

How to return?

If you are not satisfied with the products or services, PLEASE contact Gentle Meow first before leaving Negative or Neutral feedback. Gentle Meow is willing to solve any issues immediately. You may contact via the shopping portal or via e-mail to [email protected] for any questions/concerns.
Please email with your order information and reason for return. The Customer Service will provide Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions to you within 24 hours except holidays.
