These words fuel and continually motivate us as we move progressively forward. We have adopted the following processes that we believe best enable us to fulfill our mission:

Our hand-selected inventory predominantly comes from insurance auctions. Each purchase is made carefully and is handled carefully from day one. When a vehicle is received, it is immediately vacuumed and washed to facilitate an accurate inventory.
All mechanical and electrical parts are carefully inspected and thoroughly tested by our inventory team. If there is any doubt as to the quality of any item, that specific part will be marked as recyclable core and not sold to the customer.
Unlike those at salvage and junk yards, our cars do not languish for years, waiting for sales for their parts to be pulled. Quite the contrary! Once inventoried, our handpicked vehicle moves immediately to an inside dismantling bay; there a complete teardown process occurs in a clean workspace in the hands of a competent dismantler. This ensures integrity of the parts, provides protection from the elements, and halts the breakage that results from multiple part-pulling sessions. This process also allows us to eliminate the need for numerous “parts-pullers”—resulting in lower overhead and more savings to pass on to our valued customers.

Utmost care for our environment is taken. This is important to us. Freon, batteries, oils, gasoline, and any other fluids are all carefully captured and transferred to their proper holding containers; these will be purchased by processing facilities to be recycled.

The vehicle is completely disassembled at this stage–every reusable part carefully removed and labeled. The selected, pulled parts are quickly transferred back to our experienced inventory team. The “hulk” of the car will be transferred to a metals recovery facility (although hundreds of cars are processed throughout the year, only a few dozen wait on our grounds at any given time).

Exceptional Customer Experience
The inventory specialists will reinspect, clean, photograph, and carefully box * the chosen parts. The pre-boxing offers protection and ensures that you will get your part in the same quality condition that the provided pictures show. Additionally it gives us the most accurate inventory in the industry. If we say we have an item, we know we have it–pictured and on the shelf! The items are then stored in our indoor warehouses, ready to ship to you-quickly and efficiently.

The shipping department arrives early in the A.M. to begin processing the orders that have come in during the night and thus making shipping deadlines. We primarily use FEDEX and USPS for shipping smaller parts. Large items (engines, rear axles, transmissions, doors, hoods, etc) will be crated and shipped via various LTL carriers.

We are very good at what we do, and you can order from us with confidence. Your item will have been tested thoroughly , removed professionally, inventoried correctly, packaged carefully, and shipped promptly. If a problem ever does occur and the need arises, you have friendly staff, package tracking, insurance, and a 90 day warranty waiting to solve it.

Shipping policy

Ship To Locations

Our default shipping rates are for the 48 US states only via Fedex Ground or USPS. At an extra charge, Alaska , Hawaii , APO, FPO, Puerto Rico and all US Territories will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. At an extra charge, we will also ship items World Wide International via USPS International Priority mail. Depending on which country you are in, you may need to contact us for a shipping quote before or after purchase to complete the sale.

We usually ship within 1-2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Unless otherwise noted, Buyer pays shipping.

Freight Items

We will not ship freight items and some larger or fragile parts outside of the 48 US states. For large items that must be shipped via Freight Truck (i.e. engines, transmissions, doors, trunks, hoods…etc), the delivery site must be a commercially zoned address capable of unloading a freight truck. There will be an extra charge if you ask for liftgate service.

We can also arrange for you to pick up your freight item at your local freight terminal. For an accurate residential freight quote, please contact us before your purchase. If for some reason our shipping cost is greatly over this estimate, we reserve the right to ask for additional funds or an alternate ship to address.

Shipping Deadlines

We will process every order within 24 orders of checkout. Our business hours are from 8-5 M-F CST. Orders placed after 2:00 pm CST cannot be guaranteed shipping that day. All Non-Freight items will be sent via ground unless given instruction otherwise. If you need 2nd day air or Next day air service please call us directly for best results. You may also add this service during checkout but we can only guarantee shipment of these orders if it is placed before 2:00 CST. This is providing that we have adequate payment, shipping instructions and phone numbers to process the shipment.

Return policy

After receiving the item, contact seller within 30 days. Refund will be given as Money back or replacement (buyer’s choice).
Return shipping: Buyer pays for return shipping.
Restocking Fee: 20% restocking fee may apply for item not needed or ordered incorrectly.
