Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

To eligible for a return, the item MUST be in original condition.

Returns received in any of the following conditions may receive a PARTIAL REFUND or may charge up to 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
- Items not in original condition, opened, damaged, missing parts or accessories, retail box or showing obvious misuse not due to Jolla Bella’s shipping error.
- Physical user damage.

JEBEAUTY DOES NOT charge restocking fee for returns of defective products. If you have received the wrong products or it does not match what was shown on our site or we have made some other shipping error, there will be NO 20% restocking fee, provided within its return policy period.
