JCs Wildlife is a small family owned business and we operate in a family friendly environment treating our staff and our customers the way we want to be treated.

Our mission is to offer quality and affordable solutions to the home bird and nature enthusiasts. We only provide products we ourselves would be proud to have in our own yard. All items are thoroughly researched and tested before we offer them for sale on our website. We want value and dependability for items we purchase with our own money and we know you do too. Our goal is to provide a wide range of bird houses, bird feeders, bird food, and other bird related items – and deliver them all with the best customer service possible.

Repeat business and referrals to your friends and family are proof that we’re doing a good job.

When you contact us during normal business hours, one of our friendly in-house staff members will answer the phone or return your email. Normal business hours are M-F from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM CST. You can reach us by phone at 1-812-867-2800 or email us at customer_service@jcswildlife.com.

Emails sent during normal business hours are typically returned within 1-2 hours. We also monitor email during non-standard business hours and respond as soon as possible or by the next business day.

Shipping policy

All orders ship free in the lower 48 U.S. states. Free shipping applies to the most economical ground shipping method.

Nearly all of the items we offer are stocked in our Evansville, IN warehouse. Most orders received by 1:00 pm EST are shipped out the same day and guaranteed delivery options are available for in-stock orders.

RETURN POLICY

Returning your item: The consumer may return any new, unopened, and unused items sold and fulfilled by JCs Wildlife within 30 days of receiving the shipment and we shall be happy to credit, exchange, or refund the purchase price of that item, less any shipping or handling costs, except for products that were assembled, modified, or made to order. When shipping is included in the product price, such as those marked “Free Shipping”, actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. All refunds require a Return Authorization Number which will be provided to the consumer upon contacting us by email. If the consumer returns the item without a Return Authorization Number, the return will not be processed. The consumer should expect to receive their refund within 14 business days upon receipt of the returned package. If you refuse delivery after shipping, please keep in mind that your purchase will then be subject to this Return Policy. Please Note: Other than a return or exchange due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges.

Defective or damage in shipping items: If an item purchased by the consumer is defective or damaged, then it is the consumer’s responsibility to notify JCs Wildlife within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Defective or damaged items/parts will be replaced. If the consumer does not notify JCs Wildlife within 14 days of receiving the shipment of the defect or damage, then it is up to JCs Wildlife’s discretion whether or not a replacement will be issued. Upon notification, the consumer will receive a Return Authorization Number and shipping label. The item must be returned to the seller in the same condition received. The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt date. Any refund will be processed within 14 days upon receipt of the returned package. JCs Wildlife may request a photo of any damages, defects, and packaging in order to initiate a refund or replacement.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Returning your item: Items purchased that are received between November 23, and December 25, may be returned through January 14. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in the Refund Policy are still applicable with respect to such items purchased. All purchases made after December 25, are subject to the Standard Return Policy. SHIPPING CHARGES: Items received that are determined to not be defective or damaged will have all shipping charges deducted from the refund. When shipping is included in the product price, such as those marked “Free Shipping”, actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
