Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Shipping Discounts:

USA – If you spend $25.00 or more, you will receive Free Shipping on your purchase. Standard (Ground): Pending Payment approval, Standard Domestic Orders will be processed within 1-2 Business Days, Holidays not included, unless otherwise noted on the specific item. All other items will ship at $5.00 per order (ground within the U.S.)

CANADA – If you spend $75.00 or more, you will receive Free shipping on your purchase. International Orders will be processed within 3-5 Business Days, Holidays not included, unless otherwise noted on the specific item. All other items will ship $10.00 per order (ground International).

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Estimated Delivery is 7-10 Business days Pending delays due to Customs.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional cost
will be prior to bidding or buying.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
