Lamps Expo was established in 1998 as a small lighting showroom on Ventura Boulevard, serving the local community. With a desire to offer the best service and unparalleled value on quality products, we accumulated years of knowledge, and cultivated relationships with more than 100 reputable manufacturers in the industry. We carry products from a range of manufacturers to ensure we meet every client’s needs; from reputable builder brands, to high-end and exclusive brands such as Schonbek and Hubbardton Forge.

We have worked with set decorators, interior designers, developers, and homeowners; and over the years, we developed a reputation as a go-to source for lighting and fans in Los Angeles. Our commitment to service and value allowed us to grow, and our new 2-story showroom on La Brea boasts a large selection of hand-selected products ranging from modern to traditional, and everything in between.

With the launch of our e-commerce site, LampsExpo.com, we have been able to offer our expert knowledge and over 300,000 lighting fixtures, fans, and decor, to our customers across the United States and North America.

Shipping policy

We only ship within all 48 contiguous states in the US. (Excludes: PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses)

Orders are shipped for FREE using Ground Service. Typical transit time for ground service are 3-5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

Transit time does not include processing lead times. Processing lead times is the time required to prepare items for shipping.

Typical lead times ship within 1-2 business days. Items that require assembly typically ship within 5-7 business days. Items made to order typically ship within 2-4 weeks.

Buyer is responsible for all freight charges, including the cost of the original shipment to buyer on orders that qualified for a Free Shipping promotion.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

What is your return Policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, for any reason, you may request and RGA (return goods authorization) and a refund. No returns are allowed after 30 days of purchase.

The following items are non-returnable:

- Items that are custom made or made-to-order
- Clearance and open box items
- Items that have been altered, installed, or are otherwise NOT in resellable condition and in original packaging
- Items returned without an RGA
- Products from Robert Abbey, Schonbek, Fine Art Lamps, Swarovski Lighting
*The following products do have a restocking fee of 25%: Hubbardton Forge,Troy, CSL, Corbett, orders of $1,000 or more, and items ordered at a quantity of 4 or more. If you need to purchase 4 or more of an item, and are unsure, please make a purchase of one to make sure the product will meet your needs.

Once you have an RGA:

- Include all original packing materials, proof of purchase, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.
- We recommend items be returned via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. Be certain the items are secure in their packaging so damage does not occur while they are in transit back to our warehouse. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.
- Buyer is responsible for all freight charges, including the cost of the original shipment to buyer on orders that qualified for a Free Shipping promotion.
- Credit is issued, less restocking and shipping fees, once the return has been processed by the manufacturer. Approval and processing of returns varies based on manufacturer.

What if the item I receive is broken or defective?

Items that are received broken or in defective condition will be replaced at no cost to buyer. Damaged boxes and packaging should not be accepted. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect shipments immediately and notify us of any defect.

What if I received the wrong item?

In cases where an item is shipped incorrectly due to our error, we will issue a call tag for pickup and send out the correct item. It is the customers duty to inspect shipments upon arrival and notify us of any errors in shipment. Under no circumstances will replacements or exchanges be accommodated if the item has been modified, installed, or is no longer in original packaging and saleable condition.
