By register order we will provide a mail tracking Â NO. for tracking parcel position themselves to most countries . The delivery days takes ABOUT 1 to 2 weeks depend the destination . *We will not be responsible for stolen or missing items after the post office delivery for customer by giving the incorrect address . Customer should provide the correct address for mailing goods and need to sign for received please email to us or contact the local post office within 10 days it parcel not received . It’s always happened parcel keep it there non delivery !!!

Return policy

Merchandise may be returned for exchange or refund under the following conditions if you are not satisfy the product :
1.customer must contact us before if confirm then post back the parcel to us .
2. All merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt and with
original packing as received, it must be unused and undamaged !
3. Shipping charges are not refundable .Therefore customer is responsible for all shipping charges when send the parcel back.
4.Custom design and custom dyed orders are final sale and not returnable .

Stock and available for immediate shipping, however, occasionally ship date may be delayed by a few days due to heavy sales. If you are in a rush for your favorite headpiece or tiara, please contact us to inquire about immediate shipping. We schedule ship dates on Regular Business days, Monday thru Friday excluding Holidays.
