Shipping policy

We offer both expedited and standard shipping methods. You can choose your preferred shipping method at the check-out.

STANDARD shipping method

Your order would arrive within 10 – 25 days (excluding Sundays). You will receive your parcel’s tracking number via e-mail after we ship your order.

If for some unpredictable reason ( customs processing time, holidays, etc. ) your order does not arrive in 25 days, please go to your local post office to inquire about your parcel by providing them with your order’s tracking number. If by any chance it turns out that your parcel has been lost by the shipping company, we would give you the full refund.

EXPEDITED shipping method

Your order would arrive within 3 – 7 work days. We usually use DHL, FedEx or UPS expedited shipping methods. You will receive your parcel’s tracking number via e-mail after we ship your order.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

We accept exchanges for another size of the same item.
Please adhere to our exchange and return policy:

1. CONTACT us within 3 days of delivery
2. SHIP the item(s) back within 7 days of delivery

You may return for exchange your item(s) within 7 days of delivery after contacting us within 3 days of delivery.
The item(s) must be returned in original condition, including all original packing materials.
A buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We check the condition of every item before packing and shipping.
If for some unpredictable reason your item(s) arrived damaged, please contact us and provide the evidence photos within 3 days after receiving the item. We can resolve any issue you might have through communication.
