Booth overview

We are a small private company based in the United Kingdom and registered under company number 09881652. We specialise in offering scarves and pashminas made exclusively from natural fibres by artisans in both Kashmir and Vietnam.
We have travelled extensively throughout India and Vietnam in order to find suppliers for our products. All of the suppliers we use are well established and have provided us with excellent service over a long period. Particularly important to us is that our suppliers souce their goods from traditional artisans from the main producing regions in their country. We have personally examined items being made from cashmere and silk in each of these countries.
Many of our scarves are unique and designed to our patterns and specification. They are not available to other retailers and will not be found either on the high street or internet. Whilst uniqueness is an advantage we offer to our customers the traditional methods used in the manufacture of our products enhance that exclusivity through the quality of the items offered.
In addition to the quality of the products we offer our second aim is to provide a level of service to our customers to match. We personally inspect all orders before packing and dispatching to our clients. As a result, the need for our customers to return items because of faults in the manufacture or materials used is exceptionally low.
Customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a no quibble returns policy as we understand our customers will have their own specific requirements for the items they purchase from us. For example if colour or texture is not quite right for you we would prefer to offer an exchange or for the item to be returned to ensure you remain satisfied with your purchase.
We use a priority postal service for our orders as a minimum. We always dispatch our orders on a same day basis. Where orders are received outside working hours or at weekends we dispatch using the first available post thereafter.
Due to our unique relationship with our suppliers we are sometimes able to offer our products to special order. Our handmade luxury cashmere products for example can often be made in a size to your specification. If you also require these items in a colour not currently offered by us we may also be able to help.

Shipping policy

Returns and Refunds Policy
If you wish to return an item to us you will always need to contact us in advance and we will give you a return authorisation code. Please do not send items back to us without an authorisation code.
Pashmina & Silk have a returns policy that respects your legal rights and further enhances them. In most cases and unless we agree otherwise we will ask you to return the product to us before processing your refund request.
If your item is faulty please let us know within 7 days of receipt of your order and we will refund the cost of the item together with any postage that you have paid directly to us.
If you have simply changed your mind or do not like the item, please let us know within 7 days of receipt of your order. In this case we reserve the right to refund your purchase subject to a restocking fee of 10% less any other direct costs to us such as post, packing, tracking and gift-wrap. The refund to you does not extend to the cost of any other services supplied as part of your purchase such as post, packing or presentational gift wrapping.
In all cases we will only consider a refund or exchange request where the item is in its original condition and original packaging. We can never accept goods back into stock that have been worn or damaged.
Once your return is approved, and for your own security, please consider sending your item back to us using a tracking service. We cannot consider your refund until the item is taken back into stock. We regret we cannot refund an item on the basis of proof of postage alone.
In practice, we will normally accept a return or exchange if you are able to return the goods within 30 days of your order in their original packaging, original condition and unworn. We regret that after this time we cannot take goods back into stock, regardless of the reason.
If you do not obtain an authorisation code for the return or you send an item back to us that arrives after the 30 day period we will ask you if you wish us to return it to you at your own cost and risk. We are only able to keep items that have been returned without authorisation from us for a period of 30 days from receipt and if we do not hear from you within this period we will consider that you no longer require the item and we will dispose of it on your behalf.
