Our customers are important to us. Fast, Friendly, Reliable service is our goal.
2. How often do you update the store?
We usually add new items on a daily basis so bookmark us as a favorite or check back often!
3. Do you have a catalog?
Currently, Reid’s Boutique does not offer a catalog at this time . All of our merchandise is available online and is updated weekly.
4. Do you ship to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we will gladly ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

5. What if the item I am looking for is no longer on the website?
That means that the item has been sold out

6. What shipping method do you use?
We use USPS to ship our packages.

7. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from reidsboutique.com that your order has been shipped. This email will also contain your tracking number so that you can track your package at usps.com

8. How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days unless there is a problem with the address and the buyer cannot be reached. Standard shipping usually takes about 5-8 business days, up to 10 business days and Priority shipping usually takes about 2-3 business days, up to 5 business days. 9. Can I exchange an item for a different size?
All requests for an exchange will be processed as a store credit request. Once we have received the item and have fully inspected it, a store credit in the amount of the return will be added to your account and you will be notified via email so that you can choose a new item with the store credit. The store credit will automatically be applied to your next order.

10. What is the difference between store credit and refund?
A store credit is applied to your account with us at reidsboutique.com A refund is a credit back to your payment card or to your PayPal account, whichever was the payment method. However, please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to be processed and up to 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

11. Do you take debit cards and/or checks?
Yes, you can process debit cards and checks through PayPal. If you have a Visa or Master card logo on your debit card, you can use it as a credit card through our online secure checkout process. In addition, you can pay for your order using a money order or cashier’s check.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may apply for a refund. Please contact Reid’s Boutique prior to returning any products. Refund does not include return of shipping fees.

Any returned item must be accompanied by all materials that accompanied it including tags. Product must not be contaminated by stains, dirt, sun fading, or smoke odor. Tags must be free of writing or markings. Item must be free of sustained wear and tear

reidsboutique.com ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Properly completed orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship within 24 to 48 hours. Most orders placed before 2:00pm EST Monday through Friday will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST, on weekends, or US Holidays will be shipped on the next business day.There is no 20-30 days waiting period on your order

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order and once your order has shipped. The shipment confirmation email will provide you with the tracking number and postal carrier. Registered customers may log in to your account and click on view order status.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS?

Yes you can. All items being returned or exchanged must be unopened and in the original packaging.

DO I HAVE TO PAY THE POSTAGE FOR RETURNED AND EXCHANGED ITEMS?

Yes, you will be responsible for the return postage as well as new shipping charges to receive the exchange.

We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost in transit. reidsboutique.com will not be responsible for returns lost during shipping.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE?

All gift cards, gift certificates, swimwear, underwear, body jewelry, clearance merchandise and items purchased 30 days prior to returning or exchanging may not be returned for a refund or exchange. Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns and exchanges.

WHY CANT I FIND MY SIZE?

All available sizes for a particular item are displayed on the product detail page. If it isn’t on the site, it isn’t in stock.

ARE ITEMS EVER BACK ORDERED?

We keep all of our products in stock but sometimes temporarily run out of a certain item or size of a design. We will usually receive the product back in stock within 1-3 weeks. If your order contains more than one item out of stock, then it will not typically be shipped out until the product is back in stock and your order is complete.
