Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsWe have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and a 14 day return policy. We offer free return shipping which covers any products that are defective or damaged upon delivery, otherwise buyer pays return shipping and we will accept all other returns within 14 days of purchase. For reasons other than item defect our standard policy is a 20% restocking fee. We will also deduct shipping from returns that are not the responsibility of the seller. All returns require prior notification to the seller and seller’s approval.
