Shipping policy

We are committed to providing good quality products to all our customers. We accept return or exchange within 30 days. We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you have. Your 100% satisfaction is our top priority.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us anytime Monday through Friday within 15 days of receiving your item. We will issue you an authorization number for the return and you will receive a refund less shipping fee within 14 business days.

All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.

Any products that have been used are subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee percentage depends on the condition of the products returned. Defective products qualify for free replacement and no restocking fee will be charged.

Reasons to return an item:

4.damaged parcel:

We only use top shipping company. Please check the package when it arrives. Please don’t sign for a damaged package. It is the user’s responsibility to sign the delivery in person and check the package before signing anything. If you noticed that the package is broken, please contact the delivery man to make a claim for shipping damage immediately. Also please give us your shipping damage case number, we will help you get compensation from the shipping company ASAP.

5. We shipped the wrong goods
