Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

These products by me are inspired by things around me in daily life, the nature, people, culture and more…Playing with colors, texture, volume, shapes and etc, I strive to create very special home decors and products for your own unique and chic corner.

*Every piece of these products are hand-sewn/hand-stitched with time, so each piece is different in its own way.

*Please understand that they might not be as 100% perfect as done by the machines.

No exchange No returns after you receive the item,or change your mind.
Refund only before I ship the item.
Partial refund is possible if the item is ‘lost’ by postal service.

Shipping policy

All items will be packed safely and shipped by Registered Airmail or Speed Post Parcel with a tracking number given to you (the postman will appear at your stated address to deliver the item and you need to sign for it) , to avoid lost mails.

Normally It takes 9-16 working days (excluding weekends) to reach you, depending on the distance/custom/weather condition. There might be delay sometimes with postal service at your country and it might take up to 23 days after item left Singapore.

*Unless stated Ready-To-Ship, please allow extra 4-7 days on top of shipping duration for my hand-sewing for Made-To-Order items, in conjunction with other orders at the same time.

**Kindly advise/contact me for any urgent deadline before you purchase, to ensure that the item can reach you on time.

**Please indicate you mailing address clearly.

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

There will be No Exchange for any purchase once you have made your payment.

I will Not be responsible for any lost parcel (as I provide Tracking numbers)

Pls note that once the parcel left Singapore, I will not be able to track details for you. However, you can track it with your country if postal delay happens.

Partial refund is only possible if the item is proved ‘Lost’.

If the item is confirmed to be ‘Lost’ by postal service, I am willing to refund the Postage Fee to you, Not the full amount of the item(I certainly don’t want any item to be lost)

Reservations.
All reservations on my store will be up to 3 days only.
Items will be released for sale if payment is not received within 2 days.
