Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Return policy

None: All purchases final

In order to request the return authorization send an email to the address info@snkrsroom.com specifying your name and
surname, the order number and the products name you would like to return, its color and its size, also please specifying if
there is any faulty products. Our customer service will check if your order will be egible to make the return, after that, if
everything is ok, you will be authorized to proceed with the return. Be careful! Wait until you receive our confirmation before
sending the parcel, we will not handle returns not previously authorized.
Once you have received the return authorization from us, fill in the coupon that you find below by entering your name and
surname and the order number for the items you wish to return. Cut the coupon and put it inside the shoe box. Make sure the
items are inside the box provided, seal it carefully and wait for our courier to collect the parcel.
Once we have received the return items, we will check that the goods have not been used or damaged and after that you
will be contacted by our customer service for a refund or exchange, as per your request.
