Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

We are a small family business who put together our different ideas to offer unique products. In our Bits and Pieces line we create beautiful jewelry from broken and damaged dishes. If you want any custom jewelry, please contact and let us know what you would like us to make for you. We also value you comments and suggestions as we are always looking for new ideas and products for our customers.

Shipping policy

We usually use USPS Priority mail. For larger items, we might use UPS, depending on the weight and cost.

International buyers please note:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise below value or declare items as gifts; US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Refunds and Exchanges:
Despite careful packing, breakage can happen during shipping. For valuable and fragile items we will add shipping insurance to cover any losses. If for some reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase after receiving it, please contact us so we can resolve the problem. We will not accept returns after 30 days.

Refunds or exchanged accepted within 30 days.
Please contact us before returning. Items must be returned in the same condition that you received them and include a copy of your packing slip with the reason for returning. International shipping costs are not refundable.
Please Note: If you receive a damaged item, please hold onto it and any packaging it arrived in until your claim is settled. Your local Post Office may ask to see it for inspection.

If you have any questions, please contact us. We try to take the best photographs we can, but if you need to see additional pictures, let us know. We carefully inspect each item before selling and will state if there are any imperfections in the listing.
