Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

We ship via UPS & USPS. Most orders are shipped within one business day, but please allow 1-5 business days before your made-to-order item ships.

You will be notified of any additional delays in shipping.

Please enter the intended shipping address in the shipping address field as that is where the information for our shipping labels is generated. Please do not enter alternate shipping information in the buyer notes as this information will not be transferred to the shipping label. We are happy to remove pricing from the shipping invoice for gifts and include gift messages on the invoice, please mention either of these in the buyer notes. International orders: Please be aware that items shipping overseas may or may not incur additional charges depending on the policies of your postal customs department. Due to having to pass through customs, orders can take anywhere from a week to over a month to be delivered. We have no control over this. Within the US: While my usual postal carrier is a wonderful lady, I’m convinced that the behind the scenes USPS workers are sticky-fingered gremlins. All packages are shipped out. Honest. If you don’t receive your Priority mail package ($5.95+) within a week or your First Class (free and up to $2) within 10 business days, please notify us so we can investigate the issue / send out a replacement.

Full refunds given on items that are returned to us in new condition.

Returns on custom items are handled on a case-by-case basis.

No refunds on items that have been installed or attempted to have been installed.

Errors and shortages must be reported within 30 days of the date the item was shipped.
