Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

While Tantalizing Stitches first began as a one woman shop in 2007, it is now a family run business.

Tantalizing Stitches first began as a place to find uniquely designed crocheted bags, hats and other accessories. However,after my craft room became overwhelmed with supplies, Tantalizing Stitches has become a place where you can find bag makin’ supplies for your DIY needs.

As an animal lover, and avid supporter of animals, 5% of all sales are donated to animal charity. Because Tantalizing Stitches was inspired for the welfare of animals, it is only fitting to dedicate part of the store to those wonderful animals.

Shipping policy

SHIPPING CHARGE REFUND:
Shipping charges as made as fair as possible. If the estimated shipping charges are more than one U.S. dollar above the actual cost, you will be refunded the difference. Sometimes El misses the discrepancy so if you believe you should be refunded, simply email [email protected] and she will check it for you.

SHIPPING METHOD:
Unless stated otherwise, domestic shipping is by FIRST CLASS mail with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.

Domestic shipments weighing over 13 ounces are sent Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation. US $5.00 is generally charged for Priority Mail service; however, there are occasions when more may be charged if the order does not fit in the small flat rate box.

Expedited Service is available for additional cost. Please convo for details. (Priority mail starts at US $5.00).

International shipping is by INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS mail, unless other arrangements have been made.

TIMELINESS:
All items will be shipped within 2 days of receiving and clearing payment.

Return policy

TIMING:
To request a refund or exchange, the customer must contact El within 5 days of receipt of package by convo or by email at [email protected]

LOSS / DAMAGE:
Items are packaged to prevent loss or damage. However, in the event of loss or damage, refunds are only provided if the customer has purchased insurance. See shipping policies above.

REFUNDS:
Refunds are only provided when item is not as described.

EXCHANGES:
If for some reason, you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, the item may be exchanged subject to the following:
1) The item must be returned in the exact same condition you received it.
2) Shipping charges you previously paid for are forfeited.
3) US $2.00 restocking fee applies.
4) You must contact El within 5 days of receipt of package by message or by email at [email protected]
5) Store credit will be given.
