Shipping policy

Automated warehouse and distribution centers are set up and operated by TechPartsInc to make the shipping of your order quickly and accurately. We do not ship or process orders on weekends i.e. Saturday, Sunday or on public holidays. All shipments are subject to stock availability. TechPartsInc does not guarantee or any claims made by any shipping carriers. The shipping handling chargers are based on weight of the product and are calculated as determined by the freight carrier services to TechPartsInc. We do have express shipment facility for our customers and to do the best for them we ship their orders on the same day. Please allow us 48hours for order processing.
Free Shipping policy – If a product is advertised with free shipping on our web store it applies to continental United States. All other international shipments do not come with free shipping so to avoid this kindly contact via call or email to your customer support to assist you accordingly.

Return policy

To achieve customer satisfaction, we employ a full time customer service department, provide rapid email and phone support, and offer a 30-Day NO-HASSLE Money-Back Guarantee! We follow the basic rules listed below when honoring our guarantee:
• The item must be covered by TechPartsInc (This is explained within the product details.)
• Returns arriving within 30 days of purchase allow a customer to choose to receive a replacement order shipped at no charge, or a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges.
• Customers must contact TechPartsInc for all return requests. Packages MUST have an authorized, active RMA number to qualify, and must be shipped back to the specifically provided return shipping address or else package will not be considered.
• All returns must be repackaged as originally shipped including all accessories/manuals/software.
• If a customer have purchased a wrong product or no longer need the product he can return the item with original packing as received. In this case 20% restocking fee will be charged. Return shipping is not refundable.
• UNLESS customer chooses our Second Order process.
• Due to extreme shipping costs and transit times, International orders are NOT covered by our TechPartsInc Guarantee.
