Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

All items are available for local pick up, if you would like this option, please contact us to make arrangements.

Shipping and handling rates are based on shipping within the lower 48 United States. If you are located elsewhere, please contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing an item.

Every package we ship has tracking and delivery confirmation. Tracking numbers are provided to each buyer. We are not responsible for packages left unattended. Once the shipping service confirms delivery, the item is considered delivered.

We do ship outside of the continuous 48 states and internationally, however it can be rather expensive because there must be adequate tracking and delivery confirmation on every package, which protects both sides of the transaction.

International shipping is done by UPS, no exceptions. Average amount that UPS charges to ship internationally is $120 US dollars. It can be advantageous to purchase several items to be shipped together since UPS will charge based on the total package weight.

If you would like an item shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally, please contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchasing an item. Please include your city and zip code or postal code with your quote request.

We ship only to confirmed addresses. We do not ship to any address other than the one you have listed with Bonanza and PayPal. Please review the address you have registered and make any necessary changes.

Any special concerns or shipping requests should be addressed prior to purchase so that any additional costs that may occur as a result can be addressed.

Return policy

Please thoroughly review all pictures and carefully read all details in the listing information. Items are sold “as is.” The majority of items have been previously loved and have expected wear.

We encourage questions! If anything is not clear or you need further information, please contact us.

We are not experts, but we always do our human best to catch any flaws and include them in the listings. A variety of lights and magnifying glasses are used to inspect all merchandise prior to listing it for sale. The stated operating condition of an item is true at the time an item is described and when it is shipped. Each item is very carefully packed for shipping.

There are no returns or refunds on any international purchases or on purchases shipped to Hawaii or Alaska.

For orders within the continuous 48 states, if an item arrives and is significantly not as described, a refund will be issued after the safe (no further breakage or smoke odor) and satisfactory return of the item. Refund is limited to the original cost of the item less shipping costs. Shipping charges include the cost of shipping “free shipping” items. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs incurred to return the item.

Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise to have the return approved and to receive a Return Invoice Number. Once a Return Invoice Number has been issued, the item should be shipped with tracking within 3 business days, with notification to us that it has been shipped and the tracking number.

Once an item has been returned, it will be examined and a refund will be issued. If there is no further breakage, a refund (the original purchase price less the cost of shipping that was originally provided) will be issued to the buyer’s PayPal or Google account. If there is further breakage, there will be a 50 percent reduction in the refund. If there is smoke odor, there will be a 20 percent reduction in the refund to cover cleaning and restoration costs.

No returns will be accepted nor refunds given for “freebie” items, clothing (including costumes), and seasonal items.

Miscellaneous details

Items will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving a complete and cleared payment and a confirmed shipping address. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Once we receive feedback from a buyer and know the item has been received, we will then leave feedback.

If a buyer should ever have a problem with a shipment, buyers are requested to contact us prior to leaving feedback. Once a problem is resolved to the buyer’s satisfaction, we very much appreciate receiving positive feedback!

Please Note: One freebie per item purchased. If this policy is not followed, we will pick (at our discretion) which freebies will be shipped.
