Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

All items shipped in the US will have tracking provided by USPS or UPS Ground. I ship item Monday – Thursday, any orders received Friday – Sunday will ship Monday morning.

Apparel and all over print items are special order and usually takes 5 – 7 days to process

NOTE: Any purchase or combined order totally $75.00 or more will be shipped with signature required at time of delivery. This is to protect both you and us from possible lost packages or mail or credit card fraud. You will not charged any fees for this service and is included as part of your purchase price. THIS SHIPPING REQUIREMENT WILL NOT BE WAIVED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

Refunds are available after 7 days of receipt for significantly as not described or DOA arrivals BUT NOT FOR BUYER REMORSE!, please contact me prior to returning item. Buyer pays return shipping.

If a return is authorized for a item that is not defective there will be a 15% restocking fee and buyer must contact us prior to returning the item. Returned items must be shipped back to us with USPS tracking so we both know the status of the shipment departure and arrival back to us.

If an item is marked “NO RETURNS” in the listing, then I will not accept returns for that item (this is almost always non-working items that I am selling for parts only).

If paying by credit card and a refund is authorized refunds will be handled as follows:

REFUND POLICY: If a return is approved and If funds are being held in escrow by Bonanza I can issue an immediate refund directly back to your credit card. Funds are normally held in escrow by Bonanza for 4 to 5 working days.

If funds are no longer in escrow (normally after 5 days of purchase) then refunds will either be made using paypal directly to the buyers paypal account, or if the buyer does not have paypal as an option then a cashiers check will be issued and mailed the buyer to cover the refund amount.

All return must include a shipping tracking number to ensure properly delivery.
