• Most orders ship in 10 to 15 business days. Custom orders may take longer. Back orders will be shipped as soon as possible.
• All orders must have a complete delivery address and telephone number. Post Office orders are not acceptable.
• Shipping rates are high now days. We look for the lowest rates from FedEx, UPS and U.S. Parcel Post. The average delivery time is 2-7 business days. We regularly monitor delivery services for the best prices and delivery times, and pass any savings on to our customers. If you would like a faster delivery service we can provide it for you at higher rate.

Return policy

Replacement product available within 30 days

“Your satisfaction is our top priority. Things happen occasionally such as shipping problems, delays, out of stock just to name a few. • Returns must be authorized by our Customer Service Department before returning any item.

• All returned merchandise must be complete, unaltered and in original packaging.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
