Shipping policy

Thank you for ordering from USBUSCN. We will courier your package within 2-7 business days. If it is sent from the United States, it will reach your US address within 2-7 business days. If it is from China It will arrive at your international shipping address within 15-39 days. If there is an item out of stock, we may hold your order processing for a few days for new inventory or cancel the order. Full refund available within 30 days

By placing an order on this web site, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policies and conditions. We stand behind all of our merchandise. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality, however, we will rectify the situation via our customer services.

General Return Policies

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse receving an order, all the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Customer must inform us of any order discrepancy, physical damages or other issues within 3 days after the delivery date.
Food items (such as meals, sauces, drinks, tea, etc) are not returnable no matter whether the packaging boxes are opened or not. The reason is simply due to safety concerns.
Personal care items (such as shavers, hair or body care products) cannot be returned after open. They can only be returned to the original manufacturers under their warranty policies.
You agree to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for the items being returned. When returning the items, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. We will not be responsible for any return shipping loss.
You agree that all returned items will be 100% complete, in re-salable condition and will include the original packaging material, manuals, warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturers.
Please allow 2-7 business days to process your return.
We reserve the right to refuse service that would violate the return policy.
Return Policy for Refunds

You must request a return for refund within 30 days from the delivery date. No refunds are issued after 30 days.
All items returned for a refund must be returned in 100% complete, in “as new”, re-salable condition and will include the original packaging material, manuals, warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturers.
25% restocking fee is applied to return for refund if the reason for the return is on customer side.
We do not accept return of certain items for a refund, including:
Any item that is returned after the 30 day grace period
Any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts.
Rice cookers and other electronic devices are not returnable after box is opened. Only manufacturer warranties are available
Food items no matter opened or not.

Return Policy for Exchange or Replacement

Products returned for exchange and replacement must be in new condition, original packaging and include all disks, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be received within 30 days of the invoice date.
You are responsible for the exchange shipping cost for us to send the exchange product to you.
We are only responsible for replacement of defective products or defective parts as well as responsible for the shipping cost to send replacements to you.
We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns.
