Shipping policy

SHIPPING
1. We shipped worldwide to buyer Paypal registered address, please make sure your Paypal address is correct. For international customers please check with you local customs as we don’t responsible for any taxes, duties or tariff applied by your local customs.

2. We will ship your items within 3 working days after payment cleared (excluding Weekends & Holidays).

3. Total order value over US$10.00 will be ship will registered mail with tracking number.

4. Shipping time takes approx. 5-10 business days to USA (depending on your location) and 10-25 business days delivery to worldwide. However, in some occasion it will take up to 25 business days, if so happen after 25 days that your item is still not arrive, do not hesitate to contact us immediately, but we do not responsible if item been held by your local customs for some reason.

5. In several peak seasons, such as Christmas, New Year or Chinese New Year and so on, shipping duration might take longer than usual. We hope that you can be patient while awaiting shipment.

6. We will not responsible for any delayed, damage, misdirected or undelivered mail caused by carrier transit time.

7. Redelivery charges will apply on orders requiring reshipment. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred for packages returned from shipper due to insufficient / incorrect / change of shipping address or unclaimed.

RETURN
1. In case of defectiveness return must be requested within 7 business days after received the item.

2. We charge 25% re-stocking fee for every return.

3. Return item must be in brand new condition which means it is never been used and kept in it’s original packaging. Buyer must pay for return shipping.

4. Replacement or refund will be made after we received item and refund will only available to your Paypal account.

5. No replacement or refund will be made for any damage caused by accidentally using.

6. Shipping fees is non-refundable.

UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
All returned shipments are considered undeliverable. Reasons for undeliverable shipments include insufficient / incorrect / change of shipping address or unclaimed. We will notify customers via email for reshipment arrangement. Redelivery charges (inclusive of the returned shipment charges imposed by the shipping provider) has to be paid and cleared before the returned shipment will be resent.
