All items are new in their original packaging and shipped from Shenzhen.

We are just using 2 different ways of shipping to guarantee great selling price. It s your choice to select one of them when ordering, so we will not refund any order if you are not agree with these policies.

- Free Shipping : Standard Postal Shipping with tracking number
USA ONLY standard USPS tracked shipping within 7 to 15+ business days
UK: Royal Mail within 8 to 12 bus days
AU: Australia Post within 10 to 25 bus days
Other destination: Local Post service within 10 to 15+ bus days

These deadlines are provided by carriers for information only, it can be extended because of the bad weather, CUSTOMS PURPOSE, time of celebration like Christmas, Halloween, etc … These extensions are beyond our control and we can therefore not be held responsible. You will be entitled to a full refund if:More than 75 days since the purchase date have passed and the product has not been delivered.

- Express Shipping : Express delivery average cost of US$15 – 4 to 6 business days with great tracking service.
DHL (UPS/FEDEX/TNT) -Express ( 5-8 working days. default is DHL, others as alternatives for special air transmission policy) ( Maybe Generate Customs Tax, The recipient Need to Pay Tax. Not ship Liquids or Pure Batteries Package. Phone number MUST be Provided. Not ship to PO/ APO box,if you are from Puerto Rico, please choose the Country as Puerto Rico, not USA)

- For special events such as birthday, Christmas, Halloween, etc… or expensive item, we suggest you to select the express shipping, it s more expensive but more sure and quick service.

For customs purpose, we asked our suppliers to join lower price invoice to your package than the one indicated in our shop, it can avoid some taxes. You can always ask us real price invoice if this one has not already been electronically sent.

Warranty & Returns

To return a product, please first read though the following terms and conditions, then follow our returns online procedure. Due to large volume of product returned to us only due to error when ordering: WE DON T ACCEPT ANYMORE that a product is returned to us for this reason, it’s your responsibility to check the compatibility of your product or the size, color and so on…(which is well explained in product page) and decide not to order if it does not fit with your material or your size. So, it will have NO authorized return or refund for error in command if the product has already left warehouse and that you have been advised by mail.

We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from Worldixount. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.

3 Day Return To Us
For whatever reason if you are unsatisfied with your order within 3 days you can return it to us in new condition for a refund minus the shipping charges. spare parts products cannot be returned if installed to mobile phone and it’s working.

Items Damaged in Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days, please kindly provide us with proof as below:
1, Photos of the front and back of the packaging box
2, Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defective item
3, Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defect or defective area

If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it’s best to sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.

Items Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault (please note that for our business customers, this is 14 calendar days). Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

Items Faulty in Warranty Period

If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it’s no more than 1 year since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair, please kindly provide us with proof as below:
