is a research & development and patent company
that is located in Northwest Indiana.

We started out small with big ideas, feverishly working to bring new concepts to reality. This led us to research new ways to quickly and cost effectively produce prototypes of new ideas and products.

Not finding anything that completely fit our needs, we did what we do best…we developed our own way to produce prototypes, and Reveal3D was born!

Shipping policy

Normal Business hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM CST

All of our items have a 1 (one) to 3 (three) business day handling time. (Unless it is the weekend or a holiday).
Ground shipments will be sent via UPS or USPS.
We do offer faster shipping for an extra cost. (Please contact us for faster shipments).
A tracking number will be provided automatically as soon as your item ships. You should receive a notification or email from Bonanza when it ships.
By purchasing, buyer agrees that Y.N.G LLC will not be held responsible for loss or damage of items caused by the carrier. If you receive an item that has been damaged or is missing contents, or your item does not arrive, please contact the carrier to open a claim. Please keep all packaging including packing materials, contents, invoices and packing slips as you may need these for the claims process.
For local pickup, please request an invoice and notify us at least 1 (one) business day prior to pickup (in order to schedule a pickup time).

Sales Tax will be charged to all Indiana residents (sales tax will also be
charged if you pick up your item unless you have a tax exempt sheet).
We will accept credit cards, cash, or checks for local pickups.

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If anything about your transaction is not to your satisfaction, please contact us BEFORE leaving feedback. We will do our best to resolve the problem. Efficient problem resolution in advance of posting permanent feedback gives both parties the best chance for a positive experience on Bonanza. Thank you.

**30-Day Returns

We are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase, but if not, you may return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of invoice date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the product must be returned complete and in sellable condition to qualify for a refund. Refund amount will include full purchase price of product and all collected taxes.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. All returns must be shipped by a reputable shipper and be properly packaged and fully insured. Products returned after 30 days of shipping date are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Sorry but no returns are accepted after 60 days.
